You most visit the warranty shop and let them fix the phone ar any mobile center, when you fix it you mustn't charge the phone with copy charger just the original

Check if you can get into the recovery mode for the phone.
Here’s a link that shows how to do this.
If you can’t get into the Recovery menus it may be a hardware problem.
If you can get into the Recovery menus DO NOT select factory reset/wipe data as this will erase all your data and downloaded apps in the phone.

I have the exact same problem. It is crazy that Redmi still hasn't properly resolved this issue after several models showing hundreds of the same model. There should be a flipping class-action lawsuit against them!

I had the same problem, I fit it getting alcohol on the motherboard
