PS4 beeps and blinks once and then turns off

I trued to turn it on, it beeped and flashed blue once, then went dead. After that i can't get a response out of it, I have to unplug and reinsert the Power cord to get anything. Also after a while of trying to turn it on, the power button only responded if I press the eject disc button a couple of times. Also I tried cleaning it, but maybe there's a specific area I have to clean, but i don't know.
