Classic Nokia 3310 Ringtone and Composer problem

Hello, I just bought a good-condition nokia 3310 today and I saw no problems at all in the first look. After I bought it, I tried the composing feature and saw that it’s not playing the notes I want, it’s just silent. After that, I tried the default ringtones and it’s not making any noise, just vibration. Seems like the phone is either on silent mode or there is a problem with the speakers. Any answers to solve this?

PS: I read another topic on this question, yet it just doesn’t provide an answer I expected so.

Thanks for the answers and the effort, I really appreciate it. After that day I bought the phone, I accidently dropped it on the ground kinda hardly. And then it suddenly started working, so that means the problem was with the speakers. Thanks again for the effort, have a nice day everyone :)

Seijo Coku here is the official Nokia troubleshooting flowchart for your phone. Of course, this will only be pertinent if your settings are okay and audio is turned on.

I am sure you have already checked if it is off of silent mode by doing this:

First you need to find "Profiles" after that

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Profiles.

Select Silent.

Select Turn on to turn on silent mode.

Select General.

Select Turn on to turn off silent mode.

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
