How do I get to the home screen from the startup wizard?

My phone is pretty much brand new. When I got this phone it has been having problems with receiving messages.. And the store told me to factory reset my phone. Now it is stuck in the startup wizard And I cannot get to the home screen. I have service because I can receive phone calls . But without the home screen I can't do anything else. How can I get to the home screen?
