Vertical lines Philips TV

Hi everyone,

I have vertical lines with a philips tv that someone gave to me.

Vertical lines disapeared when i disconnect/reconnect a cable from the tcon board for about 3 seconds then lines comes back.

I tried to change the tcon board but no effect, can it be the cable himself ?
