Have you tried checking the audio settings on your TV? It's possible that the audio output is still set to the previous channel. You can usually access the audio settings by pressing the "Menu" button on your TV remote and looking for an "Audio" or "Sound" section. From there, you should be able to change the audio output to the streaming service. If that doesn't work, it's possible that there may be an issue with your sound bar. You may want to try disconnecting and reconnecting it to see if that resolves the issue.

Ray, when you “powered off,” did you completely pull the plug on power? I have strange problems like this occasionally, but have “cured” them most times by pulling the plug out of the wall, waiting for a minute or so, then re-starting. Also, what - exactly - do you mean by “streaming services”? Cable box? Computer? Other?

Yes, unplugged everything for several minutes. By streaming service I am talking about Nexflix and Roku. When I go to one of them I get the picture, but the audio stays on the tv channel.

Example; Watching local channel 11. I switch the input to Nexflix ( hdmi3)

Nexflix comes on the tv screen, but the audio stays on channel 11. The movies play, but the only sound is from the local channel.

How do you access Netflix? Cable box? Satellite? Computer? Have you tried using a different HDMI port?

I access with a ROKU stick connected to HDMI3.but I get the same result switching ports. This just started today Was working fine for the last few months.

access with ROKU stick in HDMI 3 Tried other ports with the same result. This just started today. I think I will unplug everything tonight and try again in the morning. It’s getting late and I am pretty well aggravated with it now. If you think of anything, let me know. Thanks for response.
