Screen removal is way harder than before. Need help

Having a real hard time getting the screen to pop up enough to separate it from the body. I tried everything and it won’t budge. Tips?

Did you apply heat to the screen?

Yep. Used a blow dryer until the bottom part of the screen was warm/hot. Did it 5 times and still it didn't budge. I even bought the Islack off of here because I thought it was better than the suction cup I was using.... not so

hello millerino,

What kind of advice do you need? I've already opened 12 pro hundreds of times and don't see a problem. What happened in your case?

warm up the screen a little - from the screen side. The screen itself is projected to 380 degrees Celsius so you don't have to worry but you can't overdo it. Don't forget to remove a two screws first, on either side of the charging port. Ah, don't forget, the 12 pro opens in the opposite direction - to the left crease (not the right one, as it was until now from Model 7). You need a few simple tools, preferably nylon or plastic. More details can be found on my blog, studionapraw.pl (although the 12 Pro model is not ready yet, maybe by analogy it will be possible to use something).

-regards, fingers crossing
