If there is liquid contact to board components it is possible they may have been damaged in a way where they would need replacement to function. No way to know for sure what exactly the issue is without opening the device up and having look. Check for any spots where water may have gone.

i have looked i found rust on some screws but thats it nothing else looks wrong just a lilttle dirty the water indicators have turned red but i only checked the one at the top i think there is more but idk where

@keith_themuscovyduck I would take the whole board out. there's a guide here: Remplacement de la carte mère de l'iPhone 6s Plus. And just look. Dirty could also mean corrosion. Some corrosion just looks like that. Take some pictures if you can and add them to you original post.

I will also add. Trying to fix this without buying parts is probably a BIG ask. Especially on a liquid damaged phone. It could be any of the attached components. Or necessary components on the board that are bad.

I think your phones dead, stop plugging it in and leave it to dry. If you have access to its insides watch a guide on how to remove the motherboard and dry it to the best of your ability and then let it sit for a bit where its warm and then try it the next day or so.

its been dry for 1 yr

If that's the case then corrosion has probably eaten your motherboard, If there's something worth retrieving then with a little luck a repair shop could get it done. If there's nothing important on the phone its easier to just buy a new one
