Replacing Sanyo DP55D33 power supply

I found two power supply boards available for my Sanyo DP55D33 TV. Are they interchangeable? Is one and upgrade to SOLVE the power on/off problem?

Power supply PCB 1 - 1LG4B10Y13300, Z7ME Power supply PCB 2 - N0AB3ZK00001
