Why does my phone kernel panic when playing Apple Music on cellular

Whenever I stream a few songs over 3/4G my phone always reboots. Logs show it is a kernel panic. I have a case open with Apple and they are struggling to find the cause. They ran remote hardware diagnostics and all was fine in the tests.

There is no problem on Wi-Fi. My phone is iPhone 11 Pro and my wife’s is iPhone XS and we both have the problem. We are both on the same mobile network which is called PostMobile in Ireland (MVNO on the Vodafone Ireland network).

The crash occurs in all these scenarios. Playing Apple Music via:

• CarPlay
• Bluetooth
• Speaker on phone.

I did a full reset of my iPhone and yet the issue remains.

I never had this issue on Spotify but now i am on Apple One plan and want to use Apple Music.
