that depends on how indepth you want to go into cleaning this thing.
you can just take some compressed air and blow out the vents on the outside.
or
you can use one of the disassembly guides on this site and do a deep cleaning.

I looked at the vent and it wasn’t that bad just wanted to know what to do with it in the future and I take care of my ps4 slim and it needs a new thermal paste soon but not right away
@jneighbors ive read alot about thermal paste, typically every couple years or anytime you remove the heatsink.
@logixal I don’t have the right tool to take out the tr9 security screw screwdriver
@jneighbors ifixit sells many kits that carry the correct tools just check out their store <3
@logixal I know I am going to wait when they have free shipping because I don’t want to pay for shipping and I only have a part time job and I pay bills so I can’t be spending a bunch of money until I have enough to get the tools
