Very loud buzzing noise Breville Oracle Touch when plugged in

My Breville Oracle Touch has started to make a very loud buzzing sound when plugged in. It does not affect the machines operation but is deafening.

Online points to it possibly being a solenoid issue. Therecare no repairers near me who will work on thus machine. Is there a step by step guide to replacing this part. It sounds common enough to have a fix, I hope.
