Battery not reading percentage correctly or warp charging?

I completed the posted calibration (charge to 100% + 2 hours, drain battery till completely dead and charge back to 100% uninterrupted). While doing the drain till dead part it got stuck at 1% for almost 2 hours? OK maybe this is why we calibrate. Now after the calibration first use the phone shut off on me at 10%? Second use it died at 8%? Also when charging the phone goes into its warp mode but is nowhere near the charge speed as the original battery, it seems its charging as if using a normal charger. Oneplus diagnostic app shows the battery state is at 97%, shouldn't it be 100% if its new? Original battery diag said 78% which is why I replaced.
