The translation hasn't come through very well, so I'm not completely sure about your question, but I'm going to go with my first impression that you've replaced the LCD and now this is the result.

If that's the case, it may be that the LCD connector to the motherboard isn't seated correctly. If this was my machine, I would open it back up and disconnect the LCD. Examine the connectors on both the cable and the motherboard with a magnifying glass for any bent or broken pins. If you see any that are bent, you may be able to carefully straighten them with a pair of fine tip tweezers.

After that, plug the cable back in, making sure it's aligned before seating it fully. Pay special attention to the note on Step 14 of the iPad Air 3 Screen Replacement - iFixit Repair Guide regarding plugging in press connectors.

Power it back up before you completely reinstall the screen so you can check to see if it's working before you seal it back up.

If that works, turn it back off and finish installing the screen. Otherwise, try some of the suggestions in the Troubleshooting Problems After a Repair guide.
