Having a Problem with Controller Randomly Inputs Things

So I got this PS4 (regular not slim or pro) from a friend in 2018. It worked like a dream. Recently however I've had massive issues with my controllers (yes controllerS both old and brand new as in one of them I bought 10 business days ago from date of post 6/7/2022) where they'll just randomly stop inputting triggers or face buttons, and the worst part is they'll WILDLY swing both sticks around in circles. As in yanking my camera around in circles despite me not at all touching the sticks. Its not the controllers, again one is brand spanking new. The new one randomly disconnects, my keyboard and mic which are connected via a USB cable disconnect randomly--

I'm at a loss I have no idea whats causing the issue. Does anyone know what could be causing the problem or how to fix it?
