Xbox One not powering on after being disassembled.

I was trying to repair this Xbox One that wasn’t reading disks. So I took apart the Xbox and the disk drive and cleaned everything up, but the disk drive still wasn’t reading. However, out of nowhere the console just stops turning on.

I’ve tried two different power supplies which both work on a different Xbox, both don’t work and have an orange light. I’ve taken it apart and checked that everything was plugged in right multiple times, I don’t see any damage, I don’t see what the problem could be. Anyone have the same problem?
