AOC Monitor Flickering Issue.

Hi,

I've got this monitor AOC i2080sw. As you can see on the video, it has a flickering issue. On youtube they often fix this by removing some resistors, but I can't find a fixing guide for my specific model.

From the above picture, the component inside the circle (Novatek NT68169AUFG) is pretty hot, other than that I can't find anything hot on the whole board.

If there is anyone who is well versed with monitors, please tell me what to check with a multimeter.
