Im getting multiple bluescreens, even when installing on different ssd

im getting bluescreen on surface studio,even from an external windows on usb drive, it appears to be ram issues, any recommendations?

Blue Screens come with error codes that help with troubleshooting. The next time you get a Blue Screen, please take a snapshot of it with your cellphone to upload it here.
