Service Manual for Shark NV650/750 Rotator Powered Lift Away

I'm looking for a service manual for the Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away NV650/750 series vacuum cleaner. I have the users/instruction manual. I want to know what it means when all three floor lights on the handle flash in unison and the rotary brush in the floor unit stops rotating but the rest of the vacuum continues to run properly.
