@dattaram that is usually caused by bad power transistors on either the mainboard or the power board. We would need to know the exact model number for you TV and what you have checked. Sometimes even a simple reset where you disconnect everything from your TV, then unplug the TV and hold the power button depressed for about a minute , might work. Do you connect your TV through a network? If so check that as well.
