Why is there no signal for calls
The phone suddenly cannot receive and make calls and it has no signal. It only has signal for the WIFI.

Has anything changed or happened to the phone recently? Any updates or damage, such as being dropped, exposed to liquid, etc.? Any history or detail you can add will help us figure out what's going on with your phone.

Hi Jerry,
Nope, it's not dropped nor exposed to any liquid, I tried the factory reset, yet its still the same, There are times that it would got signal, but only for a short time then none again.
