How do I unmute my LG TV
The model number for the TV is 55SM8600PUA. How do I unmute my LG TV without a remote? Where do I find that information?
Can anyone help with this problem

Hi Gerald,
I'm not 100% sure this can be done without the use of a remote, but apparently your TV can be controlled via a mobile phone app! Apparently you have to download the LG ThinQ App and pair it to your television. From there you can presumably do anything with the app that you could using the remote. Here's the page with instructions for your LG.

Click the Mobile Connection menu on the left which will give you a couple of QR codes to download the app for iOS or Android. This assumes you've already got your TV connected to your WiFi; hopefully that's the case.

If you go into the settings of you tv, you should be able to find the sound setting and there might be an option in there to adjust the sound. If that doesn’t work mabe try replacing the batteries on the tv remote because an insufficient source of power might cause the buttons not to work.
