My gear after an oil seal change stop selecting

After changing oil seal my gear just fires when I accelerate and it hops forward on high speed.

This may be just an issue with translation, but your question isn't clear.

Which oil seal did you replace? There are a lot of them on any given car...

Can you clarify what you mean by "your gear just fires when I accelerate"? Does it start out in a higher gear than normal or is it like skipping a gear when it upshifts?
