My device runs slowly

Since smartphones are basically small computers, you can do the same thing with them you can with a computer that's running slow and that's to put it in safe mode. In safe mode, only basic functions operate so you can diagnose what's causing the problem with your computer or phone.

Once in safe mode, you can verify whether your phone is now working correctly. If it is, then most likely the problem is with some app that's running in the background and slowing down your phone. At that point you can try disabling the apps one at a time until you find the one that's causing the problem.

According to the Safemode Wiki website, here's how to enable safe mode on your phone.

1. Turn Off your Samsung Galaxy A10 .
2. Press and Hold Power Button.
3. Release Power button and hold Volume Down Key.
4. Hold Volume Down Key.
5. Release Volume Down key and unlock your Samsung Galaxy A10 .

Put your phone in safe mode and test out the various functions. If it works correctly, then eliminate apps one at a time until you find the misbehaving one. If it is still running slow, then we'll have to look at more drastic solutions such as wiping the phone and reinstalling the operating system or possibly trying to identify a hardware problem.

To exit safe mode, just reboot the phone normally.
