The TOSHIBA 46TL938 TV does not turn on, does not respond to the remote control and control panel buttons, indicators do not light up and do not blink. With similar manifestations, in some cases, the N150A002L power supply is faulty. In the absence of the necessary supply voltages in the secondary circuits of the converters, it is necessary to check the power switches (K12A50D) and rectifier diodes for a possible partial or complete breakdown. @kurtix see if this will help. Red circle are the diodes. The blue circle to the right looks like a bridge rectifier but we would need to see more of that. Also, R800 looks all black can you zoom in on that? It would be odd to be aa all black marking.
Check the voltages on the T-con board since you have already replaced the most common failing boards.
All tests will have to be done with power on etc.
1 is the fuse. Check for 12 VDC on there.
2 is a Diode (let me know if you have trouble checking Diodes or if this is new to you)
3 is 5VDC
4 is 3.3VDC
All these devices must be there.
PS Hope you are not getting to frustrated with all of this. I recognize that this is not as easy as just replacing one thing and its back to working. The problem here is that Toshiba is not a repair-friendly company. They hate it if anybody tries to fix their stuff. Service manuals, Schematics etc. are not easy to come by. Those manuals that are, do not have all the information in it.

@kurtix sorry for answering you in English but my French is just not good enough for any conversation on this forum.
I would suggest you post some good pictures of your circuit boards with your QUESTION. That way we can see what you see. Toshiba TV's are a bit tricky since that company doesn't want us to repair things. they do not release any of their schematics or repair manuals. It'll be up to us to figure it out.
