My tv is on but I have a blank screen for most of the morning then it

My tv is on standby so power on but black screen then it will turn on throughout the day

Sarah Downes what is the exact model for your Toshiba TV? You have the power LED light on and when you turn your TV on, nothing happens? What have you checked?
