Screen died after replacing the battery

I ordered a new battery for my s10e (from ifixit), replaced it, it was working great till it froze. i forced a restat, the entire screen was this weird static look, then when it booted to android it wouldnt respond. after a while the screen becomes very green, touchscreen stops responding, then eventually the sceen is gone. i take the new battery out and use the phone with no battery but no. i take the screen out then in, no. another forum post described my issue, but said it was water damage from the isopropyl alcohol, but the guide says to put it under the battery to loosen the adhesive. i also saw no damage to the screen when i took it out.
