Only one game works, rest are unrecognized

I recently got a new game. When I first loaded the disc, it updated my PS4. Now that I'm done with the game, I've tried playing others and it doesn't recognize any discs... even ones I've played before. The only disc it will recognize is the new game I just finished playing that the PS4 got an update from.

I have tried rebooting and rebuilding the database. All discs are clean and free of scratches. Any recommendations on what to try next that won't remove all my data?
