Canon i-SENSYS MF4380dn double feed/wrong source

Hi,

I'm facing a double paper feed/wrong source problem with printer Canon i-SENSYS MF4380dn.

When I use copy function (from platen or ADF doesnt'matter) paper to be printed is fed in a different way than usual and then a double feed paper and/or a wrong source paper appears.

For different way I mean that the machinery seems to try more times to feed the paper, I can sense it just by the noise like more revolutions of axes than needed.

The same happens if I try to print from PC rather than copy directly from printer.

I already tried to: 1) change the pickup roller, 2) start cleaning process, 3) reset DRAM from service menu, 4) set again on the printer settings the source for the drawer as A4, but nothing changed.
