The vehicle is  has sentimental family value and was a gift to my wife from her late father.

 

Any suggestion how do I proceed in the restoration process.

Restoring this vehicle depends on a variety of factors, and how the vehicle was treated before and during your possession. To restore it, you may need to do 3 things or you may need to do 30. Do you have a general description of the mechanical and/or visual issues with the car?
