Fast charge and loudspeaker dont work.

So some weeks ago i dropped my phone a couple of times,loudspeaker and fast charge stopped working,then some days earlier they started working again, and just a couple minutes ago my phone dropped again for like 40centimeters and now they dont work again.

Any insight as to what causes them to stop working/working?

Btw my phone is the poco nfc but it didnt have it as an option.
