I need eeprom micom option codes for LG LHB655NW home theater

I have an interesting issue with my home theater system possibly unstable electrical voltage. When I want to change the input function it writes just FM on front panel although there is no FM receiver on it. it can't be pair with the rear receiver, too. I figured out Micom OPT settings are cleared. OP0 to OP5 are all set to 00. When I changed them randomly I could activate optical input or BT or LG TV. But I can't find default inputs like HDMI arc LG tV simp link. I have tried resetting eeprom by pressing stop on front panel and 0 on remote but it doesn't make any change. I think these micom Options are the identity for the device. There is no information about default Micom OPTs in the service manual. Is there anyone who knows the default Micom Options of the device.
