Complete Pairing Mode by Entering Code

My TV just asked to input Pairing number. Now I can't get rid of the screen. I can hear the shows, but the TV only shows "Complete Pairing by Entering the Code Above"

I never asked to Pair and now I can't get rid of this. Any suggestions/recommendations.

Did something attempt to pair with your TV? Or did something attempt to enable pairing mode on your TV? Because you are not giving much info besides the fact that the paring screen is staying on and nothing else is showing, I cannot really help you out with that.
