PS4 capacitor / resistor / chip info

Hello,

Recently I changed hdmi port on my PS4, however i noticed 1 resistor(right) and 1 capacitor(left) being “blown” and I have no idea whats the capacity of it could someone help if they had a similar problem,also theres a chip missing legs any idea where to get this kinda chip and capacitors and resistors?
