I just bought this it wont turn on!?!

After someone helped me eject my disk drive I could finally sell it to my cousin so then I bought this new MacBook pro and when I tried turning it on nothing happened did I just waste 4k on this broken laptop? I bought this from a apple store btw

Options

If you just bought it and it won't turn on, take it back! Even if you happen to be out of return policy, it's still under warranty. Apple should take care of it one way or the other.
