Tried fixing drifting left stick by cleaning, right stick points upwar

Hi.

I used the fantastic guide on here and some YouTube videos to open my dualsense because the left stick was permanently pointing left. Cleaning it seemed to fix it but the right stick, which I didn't really deal with, now points upwards (possibly diagonally top-left).

I opened it and cleaned the right stick but nothing happened. Maybe I accidentally damaged the right stick? Is there something I can do/try?

Ok so here's some things. I have noticed on the units with the Alps modules the tiny tabs can easily break off. If so game over. Also...cleaning won't work if any graphene is missing. If so game over. If the metal contacts on the wiper got bent or damaged, possibly, game over. If a stray fiber from a cotton bud got left in there, possibly, temporarily, game over. Recheck your work.
