iPhone XR not powering

Iphone XR went off while at 60% charge and can not power back on even after hours of charging

Is there any sign of life? Does it make a sound when the chargers plugged in? Also connect it to a computer with iTunes running and turn it on and see if itunes recognises it. Try a hard reset.

Press and release volume up then volume down then press and hold power for about 30 seconds or until (hopefully) a apple logo appears.
