iPhone 13 doesn't Turn on or Charge

a thing fell off on my screen by accident, the protective screen got shattered but the phone screen itself has no visible damage nor cracks, yet the phone doesn't turn on or charge, tried force restart several times as well as the itunes trick to know if it's a screen problem but it doesn't show any signs of life no more, could the screen be working but it's just a matter of loosing connections or am i delusional?

when you plugged it into the computer, did the computer make a sound like a device was detected/connected?

It seems like one of two things happened.

First things first, I would clean your charging port, just to be safe and rule it out as a problem.

Then, if that does not work, I would either open it up myself, or if it is still covered under Apple Care or some warranty, take it in to Apple.

Even if you don't have a warranty, Apple will still let you schedule a Genius Bar appointment for free to find out what is wrong with it, and let you know the cost to repair it/whether it is covered under a warranty.

I've had it cleaned but it didn't work either, unfortunately the device is not covered by Apple, i've taken it into an authorized repair center they told me that it has been a power damage (without opening it) and since they can't change the motherboard by itself it needs what they called (Real life) -something like this- where they change the whole thing except for the screen and the cameras and this is already odd cuz isn't it suppose to be the screen problem?

If the device is not pinging/showing up in iTunes, then Apple is most likely right and your motherboard got damaged when the phone got hit. Unless you feel ok opening the device up yourself and troubleshooting further, paying for repair through Apple or getting a new phone is most likely your best option.

I'm not really that experienced to open it by myself, but is there a tiny bit of hope that it could be a connection/wires problem?

par

Possibly. Of course, that even with that solution you either have to get it to someone who knows what to do, or open it yourself using the guide here on iFixit. If you aren't that experienced, I would take it to a shop/friend who knows more about it than you do to prevent something getting broken. Hope this helps :D

Thank you for your help, sir.
