сталкивался с этой проблемой, также с залипанием кнопки громкости. решалось перезагрузкой. более года эта проблема не беспокоит, видимо виноват был софт, в глобальной версии поправили. перепрошил телефон, проблема тоже не всплывает.

The fingerprint sensor flex cable assembly also includes the power button. This button gets damaged and starts randomly registering on-off commands. You need to replace this fingerpint-power button flex cable. This requires removing the back cover and the battery to reach the flex cable.
