red blinking lights blink 10 times
I have the same problem. Can't get out of standby mode. The red blinking lights blink 10 times then pause and do the same thing again repeatedly. I have Dish but I can hear the sound and I can change channels and hear everything going on for it's individual channel I just don't have a picture and like I said the red lights are on the button that says standby mode. Please help.

@meemee4 what model is your TV? Have you disconnected your "Dish" and tried just a regular video input, like a DVD/BR player or even a game console?
