Phone calls dropping off but I can hear them ok

When making or receiving calls my voice drops off or breaks up and people cannot hear me, but Ivan hear them. Just received new sim to see if that was the issue. Any ideas?

What's your signal like, is the phone on the latest software?

Hi,

Thanks. The iPhone is on the very latest software update so should not be an issue there I hope. The signal is between 2 and 3 bar on 4g. It is from my home which I have been living at for years so realistically should not be a problem. The last phone call I had I managed to talk for at least 5 minutes before it started breaking up??!
