I want to repair a handheld Intense Pulsed Light Device by Belle Bella

I bought a handheld IPL device for hair removal and skin finishing from Belle Bella. I accidentally used a different charger on it and afterward, the device would auto turn on, fan motor whirring, lighting up, but after 5 seconds, device shuts off with the power bitton constantly flashing white. Usually, I plug it in, hold down the power button, the motor begins to whir and I press the flash button which produces a 650 nm flash when applied directly to the skin. Now, it shuts off after 5 seconds and will not even react to flash.There are ZERO answers to what is going on and how I can go about checking it out. I fix all my own problems and this one has got me stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
