How do I pair a replacement Vive dongle with my Vive tracker

I’ve been trying to pair a Vive tracker to a replacement dongle for a while now, but I can’t seem to get it to work. I’m not sure how to pair the two as, I assume, the dongle is looking for a tracker with a different serial number. How do I solve this?
