Philips Ambilight 55PUS…. Black screen w/ white pixels

Hi!

I have a Philips 55PUS8809/12 TV. I can’t get it To start properly. The Philips logo appears as it is supposed to but then it looks like the logo becomes ”crocked” and A white line of pixels appears on the top.

This have happened before (like 12-24 months ago) and then I could just unplug the TV and it worked again. This time it won’t work. -

Anyone have any suggestions?
