@issaabbadi great answers! just one thing. This Contact Sony support or an authorized service center if the issue persists" is never a good suggestion. People come here because they do not get support from makers of equipment. They are coming here for help and not to get send right back to the manufacturers. Remember, we are all about empowering the OP to fix their own devices, not to further feed the profit-before-people machinery by giving them our hard earned money.
