Why is my crankshaft not turning?
When I'm trying to set timing after changing timing belt and crankshaft pulley my crankshaft is stuck, it doesn't want to turn.

@qsquaredat double check your work with the belt replacement. Concern I have that this is an interference engine and your pistons may just hit the valves and thus "blocking" your crankshaft.
What year, what engine size and why did you replace the timing belt?
