They’re maybe some water in speaker or water damage stopping it from working

Thanks Colin.
I moved to Costa Rica last year from Canada, and the i-12 Pro was pretty new.
It was only after I’d been here for 5 months it started not to work, and then it works sometimes. I use my plug in headset and it always works.
WhatsApp is the normal means of communication here, but occasionally someone phones me. Plus trying to use the the translator via the speaker is useless mostly.
