USB ports not working in BIOS.

Hi.USB ports in BIOS 309 (ASUS ROG G703 GXR i7) not working. Bios show it as N\A (not applicable). 3 ports not working ? Found this laptop in a recycling trash and i hope to start it.It already have 16 gb ram (2x8).Can't manage to make it see a bootable device. How to bite it ? Thanks .
