SE 2020 continuity freezing apps - loading screen stucks - bootloop

I have an iphone SE 2020, it constantly freezes when opening random settings (battery, wallpaper, etc), next it may stuck in the loading black screen, and finally Boot loop ( stucks in the apple logo). All those bad things can be resolved by update or restore the software by iTunes, but it still comes back a few days later.

Can someone help me with the solution? i also have 2 panic full: userspace watchdog time out: no successful checkins form mediaserved / Springboard
