@kismet2222 so it really depends.
In general, even if battery health is perfect, batteries on older machines are not going to last as long as they did when the machine was new because modern software is more demanding.
When you couple that with the general poor quality of 3rd party replacement batteries, 3-4 hours sounds about right.

A fresh battery will last as long as what your system was able to before! But without a clean measure there are many reasons why it might appear the systems run time is not as long.
The quality and age of the battery can also skew things.
